About

Meet the Founder

I aim to walk alongside my clients as a non-judgmental and patient companion with respect for each person's lived experience, history, and the stories they carry, which we call life.

My approach is collaborative and slow - to create a space for curiousity, reflection, experiential processes & a deeper understanding of oneself. At the heart of my practice is a person-centred, humanistic and existential approach to psychotherapy.

How I may be able to help

You might be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying things that are hard to put into words. You may be navigating grief, identity, relationships, or a sense that something in your life no longer feels aligned. Wherever you find yourself, I offer a space where you can slow down and begin to gently explore what may be needing attention.

In our work together, I aim to support you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself—your emotions, patterns, relationships, and inner world—without judgement or the need to “fix” who you are. Rather than seeing what is wrong, we can ask… “what has happened for me to feel this way?” We can explore how your experiences have been shaped by your history, your environment, genetic factors, ancestry and the wider systems you live within.

I can help with strengthening your boundaries, understanding relational and attachment patterns, engaging in non-violent communication and developing an understanding of nervous system regulation towards having a greater capacity for experiencing life and the challenges that we all inevitably face. I believe that we all have the capacity towards healing, growth and change.

Approaches to Psychotherapy

I draw from a range of best-practice methods, so therapy can be responsive to who you are and what you need in this moment in time. Rather than relying on a single method, our work integrates modalities that support the mind, emotions, body, spirit and soul. Our work together will be uniquely tailored to you and what you may need moment-to-moment, or perhaps there's a specific problem or long-term issues you would like to focus on to work through. It is also okay to not know what you need or want in engaging in therapy. I believe that not-knowing is a beautiful space to allow something new to emerge, too.

Together, we explore what feels most supportive for you—whether that’s understanding patterns, processing difficult experiences, strengthening your window of tolerance, or deepening self-connection. Our approach remains collaborative, culturally responsive and respectful to your pacing…

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process

If you’d like to learn more about the integrative approaches and models I use in psychotherapy, I welcome any questions and inquiries you may have.
